Good coffee goes well with books. It enchants the mind; it stimulates the desire to learn. Hence, our conclusion that; coffee and books are inseparable.
As part of our social responsibility at Rockbern, we have commenced a programme in one of the local primary schools in the coffee growing region of Kirinyaga to scout for books (both new and used) and set up a library for the young pupils.We have started at the lower primary level so that we can cultivate a new reading culture. We feel by deliberately exposing the young minds to books at an early age will undoubtedly stimulate their curiosity further and set them for success. Please join us in this cause if you can.
